We’re actually going to lose to a team who’s last win was against us in December. Even Ziganda ball was better than this. Even when we finished 16th I saw more fight than this. Ernesto has been living off that CDR title win and I’m grateful for that but losing to Valencia and potentially Espanyol back to back is just simply unforgivable. Nobody is bigger than the club but honestly if we sacked this guy like La Real did with Sergio Francisco it could’ve been different but now we’re gonna get “fake expressions” from the players and a press conference nobody cares about. I’m disgusted with this team. HAVE SOME FUCKING SHAME

It’s just sad watching us, Espanyol having the freedom to pass and move, no press no fluid attack. Ernesto is so scared of taking risks, we don’t look like creating anything good. We need a 10 but we don’t have one. No one can run through the lines to make something happen. Just kick it long and pray something happens

Early days but Athletic looking more comfortable with possession so far. Espanyol seems content to sit back and wait for counter opportunities in these first minutes.
