They overcommit to the right during build up but after the pass to Olise the LCB could also push outwards as he is covering thin air here. Because the way they set up their defense you still leave El Mala in a 1v1 with Olise even if he closes down.
Im not even saying El Mala shouldnt track back - in Kwasnioks scheme he is apparently supposed to handle these runs but this situation is still very defendable afterwards and the goal is not “on” El Mala any more as it is on the crowd surrounding Gnabry

Ich will nicht von Endspiel für Kwasniok reden, dass ist ein Spiel gegen die Bayern nie, aber zwischen den letzten Ergebnissen, seinen Aufstellungen und die Weihnachtsfeiergerüchten, wenn man heute abgeschossen wird, droht die Stimmung zu kippen
Alles unter 0:3 ist noch erträglich, wichtiger wird das Spiel gegen Mainz.
