I don’t live in Germany, so I cannot speak for the fanbase at whole. In my opinion he has been lacking the final product in his time here, he seems a good player, good potential, but so far the last dangerous pass or shot he can’t place right.
I think he could certainly improve, and the switch to more back five formations in November/December and Tomas’ good form before that have limited his minutes more often for factors beyond his control. Of course if he played sharper he could give the coach no choice but to play him.

Yeah I mean I’m personally not getting close to that in a million years but still think that as a starting keeper in the bundesliga you’d be expected to at least not get so bamboozled like that. It’s got a wicked knuckle flight but not like it’s curling out to in, it’s slicing down the middle. I think he just switched off for a second, as you said growing pains.

15:30 ist ja okay da bist du nach dem Spiel zumindest um Mitternacht in Stuttgart mit dem ICE. Letztendlich bist du bei Reisen hin und zurück quer durch die Republik mit dicken 12-14h dabei egal an welchem Wochentag. Kann die DFL auch nur wenig für wenn du unbedingt 1500km an einem Tag machen willst.
Wenn du hier um 21:30 aus dem Stadion gehst kannst mit dem Zug direkt zur Arbeit bis du in Stuttgart bist, da fahren ja nichtmal mehr ICEs.
